1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our QR Code Scanner app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

3. Subscriptions

We offer weekly and yearly subscription plans:

Weekly Subscription

Includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial, automatically renews every week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Yearly Subscription

Includes a 1-week (7 days) free trial. After the trial, automatically renews every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment and Trial

Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. The trial period begins immediately upon subscription. You can cancel during the trial period at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Managing Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off in your account settings:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > QR Scanner
  • Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > QR Scanner

Refunds

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

4. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the app in a way that could damage or impair the service

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
